Refund and Returns Policy
Refund policy (classes)
All online classes and webinars are non-refundable. If you cannot attend your registered course, you'll receive credit to use for another class of equivalent price. However, once you have received the course study materials OR if you give less than 24 hours’ notice, we will be unable to offer any credit for missed classes.
Refund policy (training materials):
All training materials, such as text and audio recordings, are non-refundable. We are unable to offer any credit or rebate once payment is made.

Service Terms and Conditions
Interpreting Service Terms and Conditions
Once an interpreting appointment has been scheduled and confirmed by both parties—either in writing or verbally—the booking is considered binding. Upon confirmation, the agreed-upon interpreting fee becomes effective, and the interpreter will reserve the scheduled time exclusively for the client.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the appointment time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to the full fee, as the interpreter has committed this time and may have declined other assignments.
No refunds will be issued once the appointment has commenced, regardless of how much time was actually used.
Translation and Transcription Service Terms and Conditions
Once the translation or transcription process has begun, the service is considered in progress and is non-refundable. This includes any portion of the work that has started, regardless of whether the final delivery has been completed.
Clients are encouraged to review all submitted materials and confirm service details before the project begins. If a project is canceled before work has started, a full or partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
No refunds will be issued once the appointment has commenced, regardless of how much time was actually used.
